back when we didnt give a shit about caleries, or diets... we ate steak and eggs for breakfast then spent a day killing our own cows and doing manual labor! fuck you people... i quit this industry for reals now and am going amish!

i whip em up in about 15 min total

hormel black label bacon, porterhouse streak (no less then 1.5 pounds) 3 eggs... put eggs on a low heat for 7-8 minutes, then the steak and bacon go on steak stays on about 10 minutes bacon comes off usually after 3min a side

Its the air quality these days and the fact our stress level is higher, combined with a longer work week and hours. Much more smog and polution, and our quality of living has deteriorated.
People who live in the country still look healthy.
But the advancement in medical technology has balanced it all out, so we can live much much longer.

when i whent and visited my family in ireland at 15 i was shooting game on women that were 10 years older then i that i swore were the same age... best part is i looked like the average 25 year old out there so i got game back. then i come back to the states after a few months overseas and holy shit i had to retrain myself to stop looking at these 12 year olds... its all the horomones in the milk and meat. this was started by the government war machine and never ended.

yeah when I was in Asia I noticed how their producec was a lot smaller than ours....we inject our food with so much steriods that nothing is "natural"or "organic" ...and they wonder why asians look so much younger...:)

They might of looked healthier but we live longer now than they did 70 yrs ago. Your clock is off by a little 70 yrs ago, it was 1934. There were big cities and people worked in offices, movies were talking and radio was the rage.
