The article posted clearly stated that Holio did not settle.

You have been around long enough to know that in legal matters you cannot always just run out to the street and tell everyone everything about what you have done to combat a lawsuit.

It is not simple, and it is something that at the moment will not be shared.

My response was to point out that Holio will not have rumors spread around we have a good reputation in this community and it the "simple question" is one that was obviously answered in the article posted ....read the article or do not post until you do....if the article did not clearly spell it out .

and RJ do not try to act like a simple little thing like that question cannot escalate unless clipped from the beginning...had I not taken a position on that by tomorrow morning the bullshit meters would have been off the chart

Here are my 2 cents (not that anybody cares but hell)

Ok, if Holio "won" against Acacia, why didn't we hear about it earlier?

Also if anybody wants a copy of the court papers you can get them from the courthouse where the lawsuit took place. They can mail you a copy (its like 20 bucks)

Its not a closed court room, since it was a civil case.

The copy of this case can help others who are fighting Acacia with their court date. If you can show to your judge that it was thrown out previous you might have a shot.

So, lets see if we can get our hands on those court documents
