adult friend finder charge backs

I seem to be getting a very high ratio of chargebacks with adult friend finder. This month so far i've had 14.5% chargebacks (chargebacks/orders x 100) which in my eyes is ridiculously high. I wrote to them and they said it was very high and normally runs around 5% which would be reasonable in my eyes. So i assumed it was just a blip and things would get better but it hasn't. I'm sending targeted google traffic, and my ratio of uniques/freesignup is 21. They're an excellent program, but this seems unacceptably high.

Has any one else who's doing a significant amount of sales with them been getting this amount of chargebacks?

Also does anyone know of any other good reliable swinger/adult dating programs on a par with them that i can try as an alternative.

We're doing pretty well with them at the moment, but we just started using them 15 days ago. So will probaly be some time before we see any chargebacks.
Did you ask them if what they they call chargebacks might be the same as refunds as well?

I know a friend of mine who got some sales around $200 that was "charged back", so it's probaly not uncommon.

not sure, but so far this month i've made $8732 in sales and had $1272 chargebacks. which even according to friendfinder is very high, though they did say the more traffic you send the higher it's likely to be. their program seems excellent in every other way, but these chargebacks are too much, 5% i could swallow but 14.5% seems a joke.

I knew a couple that joined adult friend finder and said it wasnt worth the money. I guess with that high of cb % alot of people must agree. lol Also how do they keep processing with such high cb's?
