does it list on your letters the url's from which you're supposedly be violating their patents?

no

I phoned them yesterday. The only URL they had on file for me was JillPages.com which is the domain I always list when I sign up with a sponsor or seek access to a content producer webmaster area.

interesting.. it seems like they're taking shots in the dark.
