is there a way to keep spyware from downloading to your PC?
My sister loves to play games on pogo.com on my computer, they always install Gain software and DateManager on my computer.
Fuck I hate it, how do you keep that shit from installing on my PC? :ak47: |
unplug it, chew up your network card & lock it in the closet
that should do it |
install a firewall, and use spyware removal software like Adaware or Spybot or others.
Some virus software comes with a firewall (extra cost) but worth it. |
Go to download.com and get the program called SpyBot , best fucking program out there. Updates its databases every few days also. It scans your registry for spyware and your hd etc and deletes all registry entries associated with them. You'll be amazed how many you have when you first run it, especially if you never had any programs before.

You've got two choices:
1. Buy yourself a computer you don't have to share. 2. Move out of your parents house so that your sister isn't using your computer. In which case, choice #1 comes into play as well. |
actually I am behind a firewall. It does not help, and I have adware to get rid of the shit, just getting tired of having to do it all the time.
Do sites that install spyware on your PC earn something per download? I think this shit should be against the law since everyone hates it! :feels-hot |
Get a mac.
