O R E M, Utah ? The fashion police in Utah did not approve of one man's "porno pants."

Police in Orem, Utah caught up with a 43-year old man Oct. 21 after receiving complaints about the clothing he was wearing in a convenience store.

The man, whose name was not released, was sitting in his truck when officers arrived. When officers asked him to get out of the truck, he warned them that he had on his "porno clothes." The outfit turned out to be a pair of jeans with the backside cut out, except for a thin strip of material down the middle.

The man told officers he had been stripping at a private party in nearby Murray, and wanted to stop at a convenience store to see how people would react. However, store custodians weren't amused and called authorities.

Police were not amused either, and arrested the man for lewd behavior.

not sure of the laws in that state but he may not actually been breaking any.

From what i understand although it differs state to state ass cheeks arent exactly law breaking alone you need to show a bit more than cheek like the anal cleft the anus or some genitals wtf is ass anyway just a bit more leg.
