Most take a few days to get the real thing, but i am sure they have blanks that they can code on the spot

Try a Credit Union. They have the presses on site.

First Union did for me before they became Wachovia.

Most of the online banks are fast since service is what they compete on.

I just opened one online account where they FedEx'd my MasterCard for the account in 5 days.

Most canadian banks can make you one right after you open an account. it won't have your name or anything, but it's a card that's encoded with your bank info...

If you dont need the bank account just the debit card... consider using a prepaid Visa. Bank Of America sells them and can have them in the mail in 2 days.

If you just want a prepaid mastercard to use for Internet purchases and stuff, the one on this link is a good one you can find at all the check cashing stores. I think you can order it online also.
