taking HIGH QUALITY still images from DVD's
 

Have tried several progams out there, they all take average pics. Have rights to these DVD's that are very high quality, and want HIGH quality stills. Any suggestions? Best to do it by hand, print screen into photoshop?Have tried several programs out there, they all take average pics.
