Can someone clarify Acacia info please?
 

First, Has anyone seen the actual paperwork that Hustler signed stating that it's affiliates were covered in their license.

Second, If a company has licensed and you promote them wouldn't you be covered for their links and feeds since the licensing fee has already been paid.

Third, Shouldn't there be a compiled list somewhere of what companies have signed so that you can do a triangle to know which content producers have signed and which sponsors use their content so that you can tell if multiple licenses are being signed for the same stuff.

Fourth, How far from a court date can we realistically expect. If Acacia is actually proven to be committing some kind of fraud or their patent is invalid then the other people waiting would pretty much be able to know which direction to go to handle this thing. Is it going to be a couple of months or a couple of years so that the ones that are waiting to see the outcome can make an informed decision as to how to protect themselves.
