Content Broker Doesn't Comply?
What do you do when a content broker does not comply with your demands to remove your content from their website and quit selling it because you have sold some of the images to another producer?
I have emailed sexcontents.com twice now telling them to remove my content asap as some of it has been sold to another producer exclusively, they still have not removed my content. To top it all off when I listed with them they sent me MY OWN content brokerage agreement they stole from me when I used to list their content. Any ideas what I should do with this ID10T? :BangBang: :BangBang: :BangBang: |

So someone was selling your content for you... then you sold it to someone else as exclusive?

We sell some of our content with other brokers and this was one of them, when I sold NicheImages.Com and 22,000+ images and videos with it I had all the brokers remove those images and videos from their site and no longer broker them, sexcontents has yet to remove them and I really don't they want to mess witht eh new owner of NI, he will sue their asses in a heartbeat, but the problem is they are not in the USA. |
