Adult companies are not going to roll over and agree to the patent... no more than they would sign a license agreement for using Gif images or JPEG images (they are patented too)

... so whats left? go after smaller and smaller companies that have no real revenue... or go after Microsoft, Apple, REAL Networks and others.

The choices are not real good either way you look at it and i am sure people have noticed that the polished press releases about signing big name companies was a one time deal to strengthen investor confidence and pump the stock up (which worked quite well)

these threads are just a blur to me now... all i see is
