This does not apply much to traffic from:

China, India, Pakistan, Philippenes, Russia, South Korea, Vietnam, Mexico

Which is where most crap foreign traffic comes from.

Just generally, more the 85% of world's population are eligible. And those stats there are real stats, you can't afford not to give it a shot :)

China and India alone have over 2.2 billion people, and they're not eligible. How do you figure this 85% out?

Some quick calculations show that only about 52% of the world's population is eligible.

Better odds than you would get in Vagas...

Eligibility is calculated basing on past years. So if a certain country had filled over 50k registrations at a certain year, it will not be eligibe in the next year's lottery. Non-qualifying countries are changing every year, besides if you live in a non-qualifying country but you or your parents were born in a qualifying country, you are eligible.

For that other question, this is certainly not a scam site, 55k people from all around the globe are actually winning those green cards and are fulfilling their dreams.
