anti fraud costs (manual checking)

program design costs
processor reserve
processor fee rate
webmaster promotion costs (sig posts/resource ad buys/resource ad manual placements)

Im sure there are more but here's the list off the top of my head.

what tyoe of content? I mean anywhere from 300 - 5000 per set or more, content should be your biggest expense so thats key.

But other expenses

If you use a sinle 3rd pary biller 750

If you get your own merchant account 2500

Design/banners etc 2000-3000 (basic design easy on the surfers eyes)

Hosting Depends if you go dedicated or not but anywhere from 40-1000 so many different options

Custom programming if needed or DB work 300-1000

Movie Editing (depends on the amount of sets and how many formats etc.)

Testing and tweaking before opening up to affiliates 1000- 2500 (SE, Banner, Paid Spots etc.)

Other expenses too but the ones above stand out.

There's also the $750 visa fee

Content prep costs should be considered as well.

You really dont know what content will cost until you talk to 2-3 guys in the business that do it day in day out.

Depends on what type of model quality you are after, what has to be done, how long is each movie etc.
