Healthy diet - somewhat. Excercise - irregularly. Althought I worked out during the summer a lot. Now, with all the work, haven't had too much time.

1. Try cutting down on all crap that makes you piss alot, like
caffeine-containing stuff (coffee, red bull, too much tea etc.)...

2. Do the same with sugar - don't drink 4 litres of coke
on a daily basis...

3. Drink more water!

I also find myself being able to focus easier on stuff,
