I noticed they had not got an Austrailian Patent maybe theres an option to get in there first and other countries they have not ?????

Yes, your not allow to host R or X rated content in australia. Even some boob shots are NOT allowed. It's pretty fucked, but then again why would you want to host here at $0.16c per MB (OR $16 per GB

To brake it down for you:
$160 per 10GB
$1,600 per 100GB
$16,000 per 1000GB

It would be easyer to sell a surfer a DVD of your content.
