depends on how many clicks you got and what the price for that keyword/phrase is. at least that's how i understand it to be

also, they don't allow adsense to be used on adult sites the last time i checked

It's definitely worth your time if you have a site that gets over 1000 hits per day and the site is in the right niche.

Tell me more. I have a travel site that gets TONS of traffic and someone suggested this for my board. I don't know anything aboiut it.

What're you talking about? There are popular forums with sections dedicated to adsense, as well as hundreds of articles regarding this.
