webmasters: would you consider this site a nightmare?

long story short, i just spent 3 hours of my time driving to three different stores all over the valley in search of candles for my girl. so i tried their website... and it was even less helpful than their actual employees.

personally i'm so pissed right now about it, i would say fire their webmaster for creating such a annoying site.

If you can't see a distinct enter url within 3 seconds.its a close.Too much time spent looking for a url

lemme guess... couldn't find one? the flash may look aesthetically nice but just try and "discover" some of their products.

Didn't load in opera. switched to IE and worked fine. Nice looking site but it is a bit difficult to find the products. Overuse of flash IMO.
