Arent you supposed to be weened off that stuff. I used to take that crap for anxiety many years ago. It was like a roller coaster so I got off it slowly.

Why do you take it?

I take it for anxiety once in a while, my last script was for 20 pills and it lasted almost 6 months. I used to get panic attacks and now I don't but I still get the feeling one is coming on so I take a xanie and relax.

Your working yourself into an attack. Quit thinking about it. The problem with xannax is its effects are very quick and short lived. If you suffer from any sort of panic disorder you will rebound constantly when on Xannax. Talk to your doc about klonopin (generic Clonazepam) in a low dosage. It keeps you level without that up and down bullshit.

yeah I'm addicted to Klonopin and my former doctor would give me all I needed and I only had to see him twice a year ... well he retired so I saw a couple doctors that wouldn't give me any and finally found one that would, but he won't give me much and I have to see him once a month :( I do have anxiety and benzos and alcohol are the only things that work!
