Well, they gave that serial sniper life in prison instead of death.

For everyone who demands reparations for the blacks: I'm all for it, as long as the people receiving reparations have to use the money to pay for the jail bills of other blacks.

keeping blacks out of jail with that money(that will never happen) and educating more blacks is a much better investment.
