We can hire cheap and very proffessional programmers and designers and have them online to customers.
So .. to make it clear, I make an example :


I hire a programmer who works from my office and does all the tasks that customer gives to him.

It is cheap because we are located in Romania, Eastern Europe and 1 $ has other value here than in USA.
