which one is the most reoliable solution for a dedicated server?:

www.realitychecknetwork.com is the place to be.

Don't forget about Jupiter and Phatservers, each in their own class but both good none the less.

Hum I would not recommend those, try http://www.sinhost.com. Best host we have had since 96.
They can also do special setups.
