Dirty F 01-04-2004 04:11 AM

RoUgH AiR 01-04-2004 04:11 AM

I think it's a brand of water. Depends where you are in the French speaking world. Quebec, France, Africa?

Dirty F 01-04-2004 04:12 AM

I think its a brand or something.

Dirty F 01-04-2004 04:13 AM

France.

It has something to do with water filtering, but I can't find a translation anywhere. And google.fr returns only one document containing the term "sumageante".

Come to thinkof it I am almost sure it is a brand because I spent a shit load of time in France in the 90's. Hung out with Jim Morrison and stuff....well his tomb stone that is!!!:Graucho

It's some sort of highly technical term that is probably not in daily use at all. Guess I won't have luck on GFY today. :(

Yngwie 01-04-2004 04:38 AM

it appears to be the same in english as it is in french

"exchanges with water sumageante "

Yngwie 01-04-2004 04:41 AM

of course sumageante is neither in a french or english dictionary so who the hell knows lol

Same here. Never heard anything about that .

The Forager 01-04-2004 06:36 AM

Mh.. I don't know the term 'sumageante' but 'Soumagne' obviously is a village.

I'm not french at all, I just tried to use google. :321GFY

Antxx 01-04-2004 06:42 AM

I am from Quebec, and never ever seen that term before.

Surnageante is a french term, but doesn't mean much in your phrase, except something like "clappy/flopping water".

Usually a Mark would have capital letter in front. I assume there is an mispelling in that word.

Fabien 01-04-2004 08:15 AM

"sumageante" does not seem exist. I have never heard of this word and it doesn't appear in my dictionary either. It must be a brand or something.
