Anyone host with IIC Internet?
 

Been looking for a sponsor to host a movie site with and I need one that offers a high amount of bandwidth. I've been out of the industry for over two years and I'm not familiar with many of the newer hosting companies. IIC Internet (www.iicinternet.com) looks pretty damn good, almost too good to be true. Anyone have experiences with them good or bad?

They are offering a dedicated server with 1500GB of bandwidth transfer for only $99 per month. I know bandwidth is a lot cheaper nowadays but I haven't seen any other prices this low.

i used them a long time ago for virtual hosting, can't remeber what they were like, which is probably a good sign, i'm sure i would have remebered if they were bad.

that is unbelievably cheap, and that $99 server has 1Gb of ram too. i'd be interested to know if anyone has a dedicated with them also.

STAY AWAY FROM IIC!

They are by far the worst of 5 hosting companies I have used. Don't do it they billed me months after I quit. They lied about my bandwidth package. They never got my domians up for more than a day or two, they kept changes the permissions on my login... THEY ARE HORRIBLE.

Not from IIC or any other company. I've been completely out of the business for about two years and looking for a host.

If IIC isn't reliable then can you recommend some other hosts with cheap bandwidth?

I've been with IICinternet for a few years now and let me just say that they are OK, now. They used to be terrible with at least one outage a week and hopeless support, but i must admit for the last 6 months or so, they've been rock solid.

Perhaps there is better out there though.

There fine as long as you don't need any support or anything added and don't mind a little dowtime. I have one of my sites hosted there...nothing important.
