I really had my heart set on the 45" but supposedly they are being discontinued in Canada. This is the replacement and from what I am told the picture is just as good and this one has even more features. Has anyone got one of these?

It looks cool and everything but for the price I would prefer to buy a big standard HDTV 64-65" and wait a couple of years until the 50+ inch plasma/lcd get cheaper and better.

Try to get a warranty with the TV (not the factory warranty) one from where ever you buy the TV from.

I bought a 50 in. flat screen last yr. from circuit city here in the US and I opted to pass on the warranty from the store...big mistake.
I was playing my xbox quite a bit and left it on over night and now it has an image of Ghost Recon burned into the damn thing. It not bad but you can notice it when the TV goes dark. I called the factory and they don't even want to fuck with it and i doubt ill get it replaced.

I just got this TV, I highly recommend it

I've seen that on display. Picture quality is excellent.

That's a sweet tv man! :thumbsup

This TV I am thinking of buying does not suffer from any burn in effects and also has a jpeg viewer so I can use it for digital camera pictures. I just take the flash memory out of my Canon Powershot S400 and plug it right into the tv. This thing also does split screen so I can work on my laptop on the tv and watch tv at the same time :thumbsup

I am pretty stoked about grabbing it. I would probably get a better stand but otherwise I think this one is the one I am going to get.

Well I'm not into TV's.. sure it's a nice one but too expensive and too small. Just buy a regular TV and save for a projector:thumbsup

Do like we do in Texas...just get you a small 13 inch black and white and put it on top of that big ol' monster and now you're all fixed up.
