Actually there is a little delay for calls over the pond (I'm in germany) but still very good quality and after all it's freeee :Graucho

VoIP is nothing new ...

I've been using www.iconnecthere.com for almost 2 years now ...

PC to PC is completely free ... and PC to Phone is $0.011 per minute (yes, one cent a minute!) for calls anywhere in North America ... Their international rates are about ¼ of a normal telco's rates!

Sound Quality is better than my cellphone, and you can even buy a cisco ATA switch that will let you use ANY phone with it plugged directly to your router (no computer necessary)

I've been using Skype since September last year and it's great. I mainly use it to call from Germany to Japan and the quality is much better than with a usual phone.

One more bump for the Crowd...
