as for the genre, I live in Atlanta, and it is being played on all stations, from rock to hip hop and in between..

when they are in town and wanting a quiet night of drinking and good food they often go to a place that is like a block away from my house....

vid has been out since November. Song is WAY overplayed..liked the first 200 times i heard it....now it gives me a headache :helpme


Also, I saw Outkast on an Award show and Dre said that ANYONE who doesnt have the CD is LAME...wtf?? Theres poor people that love them but cant afford the CD or fans that havent bought it yet...shit.....that comment really turned me off to them.:(

Andre 3000 definitely pushes the creative envelope for hip hop.
Much better than the lame makeovers of the tired "gangster" or "player" storyline.

I dunno why this guy got so much respect. Was talking about it lately with one of my friend and seriously the guy is just a fucking fag making it into hiphop .

This guy is a creative genius who's successfully brought a hip hop audience into the world of.....weird.

Whether he's a fag or not doesn't matter. He's singlehandedly done the unthinkable...Brought hip hop heads into uncharted territories.

He is bringing showmanship back to hip hop. He may go a bit far out there but hopefully that makes other rappers understand it's ok to take risks creatively. Everything doesn't have to be about thugs and Crystal popping.
