Did anyone else's ICQ go dead about 10 minutes ago?

ICQ died on me earlier this morning and did for a few others I know too at the same time.

Perhaps they're systematically shutting down servers for short periods of time for some reason.

Been up and down all week for me, usually out of nowhere I get 5 messages all at once which usually hints that I was offline for a while :)
