Seperation between state and church, ever heard of it? One of the fundamental aspects of western democracy.

Nobody in the US is forced or denied the right to worship anything. Just so ya know, I'm an atheist/agnostic and used god bless America as a figure of speech. God bless you.

oh sorry, thought you mend it, just hate it when they emphasize "one country under god", I just think it has no place in government, since it's discriminatory to a lot of people.

for the record: I'm an atheïst too and it just scares me how churches are weaseling their way into the highest ranks of the US.

Noone is forced to say the pledge of allegiance. If one chooses to say it they can define god however they wish or leave the god part out if they want.

Everyone is allowed to participate in the political process regardless of church affiliation. Any other way would be discriminatory.

To avoid further political debate I would just like to say that I am all for the idea of asstits and congrats on the 1000 :thumbsup
