Again, like the F-18, you buy this place for $4 million, and you will have to spend at least another $2-3 million to rip out all the asbestos and nasty crap that the U.S. Air Force thought was safe back in those days, and then another $2-3 million to make it into either liveable and/or profitable.

For what this party is asking for, I'd expect this place already refurbished with lots of pictures. Want an ex-missle base? Don't get fucked over with bidding on this site.
