significant i would say, i cay see why yahoo asks min. 15cents/click. As usual a lot of small time advertisers bitch about the changes, but the truth is the largest percentage of web traffic purchases goes to few hundred advertisers. These companies have advertising budget above $1mil/month. Decisions are taken having in mind them and none else.
