Mother finds daughter she thought died in 1997 fire
 

A woman who thought her daughter had died in a house fire in 1997, has found her in Philadelphia.

The baby, Delimar Vera, was in fact kidnapped by a neighbour after the fire in her family's home more than six years ago.
Her mother Luz Cuevas couldn't find Delimar when she ran into her bedroom as the fire took hold. She was eventually forced to flee the house, overcome by smoke and burned on her face.
Her two other children also survived the fire, police said. But they never found the infant's remains and believed they'd been incinerated in the fire.
