Dave and Busters in Mission Valley
Pacific Beach area to hang out, there's loads to do. If they skate the possibilities are endless in OB (Ocean Beach), and it's an awesome beach community with totally laid back peeps and hot chicks. (ooops) I mean nice girls. LOL Del Mar surf is the bomb if they surf, take them there. It's so endless I could go on forever. The weather has been a bit chilly, mostly 50's in the a.m. to late 60's in the afternoon. But this week is sure to be sunny and no rain. |

Now you know good and well..............:) |
I bet there's some cool comic book shops.
|
I went there for the first time last Spring Break and absolutely loved it, and I was only 17 then also. I had drove down to Pacific Beach ( I think that's what it's called), it's about 30 mins. or so south (I'm almost positive) and there is a bunch of really cool beach shops and restaurants. And of course it's awesome because on that strip you're right near the ocean.
~As you can tell I live no where near an ocean~ I thought it was neat though, they should definitely check it out! :) |

they should go everywhere, see everything, eat a ton of asada tacos n burritos, wash it all down with some horchata and be thankful they're in so cal, i used to live in that region, if they head north for about 2 hours they'll be in the vicinity of disneyland ( its two parks now ) Knotts' berry farm, angel stadium, the pond, etc.
try searching up san diego attractions or something online peace:2 cents: |

PK,
Getting detailed to San Diego for six months I found it at first to be one of the most boring cities around, well when you are spoiled rotten on 24 hour a day living in Chicago, San Diego is one of those towns that rolls up the sidewalks at 9 pm. But I would check out the San Diego Wild Animal Park, that is good for a day, not to mention the regular San Diego Zoo, zzgundamnzz is right on the money with wandering around Coronado, especially the beach, if the kids are lucky, they might catch the next SEAL BUD's class hard at work, or see them boucing around the Coronado Bay in their Go Fast boats. I'd let them wander around La Jolla, some really decent shopping there, and a lot of little hotties spending daddy's money or doing some quality window shopping. Del Mar for the surfing, and up the road in Cardiff by the Sea is one of the best health food resturants on the west coast, its called Ki's Juice Bar and the clientle there is extremely easy on the eyes. Further up the road is Legoland California, and before you re-remind me that they are 16-17 year olds, you are never too old to mess around with Legos. :thumbsup Hope this helps! |
