Interesting Traffic Question
Are you better off going with revshare or PPS when sending signups through SE traffic?
Are you better off going with revshare or PPS when sending signups through normal TGP/MGP traffic? My thought process leads me to think it would be better to do revshare on the SE traffic and PPS on the TGP/MGP traffic. Your thoughts? |
ive had rev shares recur for 8 months on sites, all depends on the site.
cheers. :glugglug |
revshare if the sites you're promoting are good...
For sure go rev-share when dealing with reality or very niche sites! that are not ripping off the customer! these retain for months and you can make $60 -$80 per customer! it is possible!
Yes, but will a revshare signup through SE traffic last longer than a revshare through normal TGP/MGP traffic?
I would say yes. |
Best to know what you are promoting and if its quality try revshare to see how well it retains. 5-6 rebills is better than a single payment up front. Plus a site that recurs well shows that it's doing something by keeping its members interested.

revshare if the sites are good.
revshare:2 cents:
Its all about the quality of the members area. If it has a good members area then go with RevShare if not then dont promote that site.
Depends on the sites as already been said and of course your business model , a good mixture of both is what i would recommend .
Does an SE signup stay longer than a TGP/MGP signup, with the same members area?
Depends.. you should have a nice blend of both.. and it also depends on the paysite
Revshare if the sites/content are good and exclusive with regular updates.
I think traffic source only affects conversions, not retention.
Regardless of where the surfer comes from, if he signs up for a site it is because he has found what he's looking for. If the site delivers above and beyond what is promised, then retention will be great, otherwise go with pps. :2 cents: |
revshare for SE traffic.. without a fucking doubt.
I like to have a good mix of shorterm revenue vs longterm with revshare.
Not all paysites out there are worth going revshare if they also offer a per signup in my opinion. |
