they owe me $2800...i have been requesting the money now for over a month... tom keeps telling me the cheque was sent but cannot tell me the cheque number or the tracking number.. i'm pissed!

Sometimes this isn't easy to pick up on when you start dealing with or working with someone...... as the old saying goes, and applies just about anywhere with anything..... "You don't REALLY know someone until you've lived with them for awhile"..... and that definitely applies here!! :winkwink:
