18yo bikini model for Playboy site sues Playboy
http://www.********.com/read.aspx?ID=2478
interesting |
When are people going to be responsible for there own actions?:321GFY
|
so i can legally get my under-21 models drunk, have them sign papers while intoxicated, and hold them accountable?
|
What for?
|
Wait - she was wearing a bikini?
What is the difference between wearing a bikini out on the beach, and having a pic of you in the very same bikini? If he daddy is upset about her in a pic of a bikini, he should have told her "Kid, you look like a slut in that bikini, please wear something a little more tasteful". Screw 'em all - I hope Playboy winds up owning the school. |
ne1 got pics of her? hehe

but isn't spring break for college kids? what's the legal drinking age there? 18? 21? |
This won't be the end of it.
I've looked at quite a bit of spring break content and it's amazing what "normal" suburban girls will do to win some title at a bar in Florida, or on Padre Island in Texas. You see them doing full spread pussy shots, dry humping each other, going down on guys all kinds of shit and why? I think some of it is just the way our culture is becoming so decadent, another is the liquor another might be the "competition" for attention that maybe some of these young girls feel they are lacking. Either way they're not paying attention to how this may affect their "future." Whether that's tomorrow, a week from now or when they decide to run for the president of the PTA or other local political offices. College bound girls and College girls acting like cheap hookers in Vegas for a fucking trophy from a sun tan lotion company...girls who dream of going on to become lawyers, teachers, doctors etc...yeah right. |

That girl is being silly. She wasnt even nude. I would have given my daughter the thumbs up on keeping her clothes on and being the winner of the miss playboy spring break. The bar tab for an 18 year old is the thing that bothers me. |

They can sign it, but it don't mean shit. I'm sure that's what the lawsuit is about. |
I don't think a contract is binding if the person is intoxicated. Will be interesting to see what happens.
|
hmm
|
Well she was sober enough to be in a photoshoot, she was sober enough to sign a contract. And the proof will be in the pictuers - If it's Playboy I'm pretty sure that she won't look drunk in the pictures, and that will be Playboy's defense in court. "See, she doesn't look drunk."
She just didn't understand that a contract is a contract, and who ever took those photos owns them - and can put them in Playboy if they so decide. |
