Anybody elses statsremote suddenly stop working?
 

My account is definitely not expired but I'm suddenly getting an error message when I try to login.

I already emailed them, but I'm wondering if anybody else is having the same problem?

a friend said the same thing to me this morning.

Alright, then it sounds like a bug that's affecting multiple accounts on their side.

I'm sure it will be fixed soon.

Yes, statsremote knows about this error and they are working to resolve the problem.

We found the problem. All our members will get an email with instructions within the next hour.

kush... didn't you receive the email we sent to all our members about 10 hours ago? Just in case I included it in my reply to you.

No email here from 10 hours ago either.

Subject: Important - Authorization Problem Solved!


We found the problem with the authorization. It seems like 'only' people that downloaded and installed the setup have been affected. If you updated StatsRemote through the software and don't get the not authorized message there's nothing you need to do.

If you get the not authorized message please do the following:

1. Login to http://www.statsremote.com/clients/download/
2. Download StatsRemoteSetup.exe and install it
3. Start StatsRemote
