Whats the best FREE antivirus software?

I was using the AVG free version, but I'm wondering if any of you know any better free antivirus programs.

I have Norton 2004 But I hate It and refuse to install it on this machine. Its too intrusive.

Try to uninstall it. :1orglaugh

Also my boot time is increased by about 16 seconds with norton only 7 seconds with AVG. (yes that is important to me... it means that norton is loading more stuff that you don't see)

Yeah I'm using Winblows right now to test some new pages and consoles... it makes me feel so dirty, and not in a good way.

Stick with AVG. If anyone asked me to pick the best free download on the internet (any type), that would be it.
