Mike, I had no clue you owned DirectNic. I have a little more than 50 domains through you guys. I want to move others over but the other registrars are pains in the asses when it comes to moving.

I encourage everyone to hit DirectNIC customer support, that is the best way to get 99% of all issues resolved. We have the best customer support in the biz.

However, on problems or emergencies ( I know everyones problems are emergencies) I will always try to help out.

Directnic have great service, but very expensive if you have more 1.000 domains.

typical - guy cries out for help, one of the owners is prepared to wait on him hand and foot and the guy doesn't even bother to come back and check the board he made the plea for help on.

Btw, directNic are pretty cool - I love the search capability but then they hit you with the price and it's OUCH! That's almost twice the price of GoDaddy.

Actually, I'm willing to bet Michael would work with you on a sweetheart deal with 1000 domains. Even without his help you can get quantity discounts - by my calculations they would be $11.25 each (don't hold me to that - my math sucks).

Plus, how many other registrars give you this kind of response? :) :)

why not just send a trouble ticket... directnic usually needs <6h to answer
