Seriously guys I am not fat. (drama inside)
I am Norwegian in descent.
However I am happy to report that Since January 1st I have lost 20lbs!!!!! I have an extremly good diet that requires no effort. So for all you lazy cu-nts let me know if you want to hear it... cause it worked for me! So to that I say: Ah, ah, We come from the land of the ice and snow, From the midnight sun where the hot springs blow. The hammer of the gods will drive our ships to new lands, To fight the horde, singing and crying: Valhalla, I am coming! On we sweep with threshing oar, Our only goal will be the western shore. |
What's the diet? I'd love to know.

YES! No more do I have a massive fat face.
It is now a moderate fat face. Ok diet is: 1) Stop eating fast food. - I know it is so easy to go and buy and just say fuckit. But the shit is NOT good for you. SO DON'T EAT IT. At all. Stop eating fast food. 2) Go for a 1 hour walk every night. - Just ... go somewhere. It doesn't matter where just walk at the best pace you can to wherever. 3) Eat veggies and drink water That's it. That is ALL I have done. Nothing insane or rigorous. Just basic. It takes no effort, NO time... it's the easiest thing I have done. |

i dont eat fast food
i drink NOTHING but water or homemade iced tea and im still fat lol me and the Mr. just went on a 2+ plus mile walk yesterday. tryin to get back into our original bodys before summer ...time to shake off the winter fur :thumbsup |

I lost 50 pounds in 4 months when I was on a diet. It was really hardcore but I really wanted to do it. I used to be 190lbs and dropped to 140 and I'm back to about 160 now where I like it.
Diet comprised of very little carbs and cutting out a large chunk of meat. Using eggs, lentils and rice and tons of fruits vegetables. Basically I cut out everything that tasted good and replaced it with large quantities of low fat/carb foods to keep full. Couple the above with lots of cardio work at the gym and the weight was gone. Now I just try to eat well. Congrats on the 20lb loss Brad. It's a great feeling too! WG |
i lost 25lbs in a few weeks on a diet of sausage egg and cheese sandwiches and other crappy foods... i was taking trimspa at the time... the shit works, look at anna nicole

Congrats on losing the 20 lbs
I too lost some weight over the last 5 months Was 195 now I am 155, back to where I was before I started working on computers! Did a fruit fast every weekend and went for lots of walks this winter, of course wearing 35 lbs of extra stay warm clothes helped. |

doesn't help if you didn't really eat fast food in the first place ;) the rest is just what every diet has always been about before Atkins popped up.

Yes totally. And that's the thing - is that the ability to just go to A&W or Mcdicks or Wendys is SOOOOO easy. All you need is $5 and bam you're set.
We all like the accessibility. But if you also consider my dinner last night for materials was $1.50 and took me 10 minutes to make.... you have to weight that out as well. Try it. STOP eating fast food. If you crave a hamburger stop by the grocery store and pick up a pack of lean ground beef and fire up the BBQ and make home made ones. Want some chicken burgers? DAMN chicken breast frozen in the cases are cheap. In canada we can get them for $20 a case for 25 breasts. I mean shit thats less than $1 a piece. Go get some buns and breasts and grill them up. It's so easy and obvious so just do it. |
