Snail mail bulk mailing rates?
 

I was looking around and saw a couple places advertising 100,000+ pieces for under $4000..... is this really possible through bulk rating?

not that I have done it before, but damn, that sounds really good value

Ah I bet that's just THEIR fee... funny because for ~1000 pieces it starts around .30/piece - so I was thinking it's postage included.

Damn... I was excited for a second. Hrmf.
