xxxoutsourcing.com did some stuff for my partner and they worked out really well.

if you are looking for high quality websites, either check out www.webinc.com / www.dickmansdesign.com / www.bluedesignstudios.com or scotty.cc

XXX outsourcing is nice and cheap and all, but I find them a bit spammy and I don't think you can compare the quality of the above mentioned with xxxoutsourcing, sorry guys. :2 cents:
