Abramowitz is rich, but not the richest one. He is just a richest man in GB, but not in Russia :) The richest man in Russia is Khodorkovsky (more than $8bln).

Perhaps my info is a little bit obsolete. Khodorkovsky has $8bn about a half year ago. Thus everything could change during the last time. Especially taking into account that he had only $4bn just about 2 years ago...
