The population values are known to be normally distributed. Construct a 95% confidence interval for the mean IQ of chronic schizophrenic patients.

3) There are 300 students living in a dorm. In a random sample of thirty-five students, twenty-one say they will vote in favor of the change. Construct a 97% confidence interval for the population percentage favoring the change in policy. Assume the student resident population is normally distributed.
