If you need to get to sleep earlier, what do you do?
I go to sleep around 6:00 AM and wake up around 1:30 PM.. but on thursday i have to wake up at 8:30 AM.. so I have to get to sleep around 1:30 AM....
what do you guys do if you have to dramatically change your schedule? I'm thinking a couple shots of liqour and sleepin pills |

Get into a heated argument with someone. I got into one with my ex-wife last night. Ended up with the worst headache in a long long time afterwards. Took 2 aspirin and zonked right to sleep.

It's hard man....what I'd do, is try to get just enough sleep on Tuesday to function...then by Wed night, you'll be tired, and you'll be able to fall asleep earlier

I do this alot. I don't let myself sleep much the night before. I then get really tired since I only had 4-5 hours sleep. I also take a few shots half an hour before I go to sleep then jerk off just as the alcohol is taking effect then go to sleep.

One thing you can do is go to sleep around 1pm a couple days before, then sleep as much as you can. The next day, you go to sleep around 7pm, and wake up around 4-5am!
