Does anyone know of a good batch utility that can take a 1200kb mpg video and spit it out at other bitrates, keeping the quality as high as possible.

Procoder, will also batch in different formats.

Have you or anyone used this? Does it limit you to mpeg2 or can you still do mpeg1? Does it handle WMV?

mpeg1, 2 , wmv, mov... and I think real too, I'd explain more, but got a poker tourney to play in a minute.

Ok, and are the end users forced to use or download any special codecs with mpeg1.
