Clear Channel continues to make the airwaves safer for all of us!

The FCC sure has Clear Channel by the balls and running scared.

How many of you think you could get through the day without saying one "curse word" when you thought no one was listening?

Good, that is what the government wants and if you are against the government, you are a terrorist. :BangBang:

the same thing that happened to television is happening to radio. The FCC has no authority over premium services like cable/satellite television.

Clear channel is ironically the biggest shareholder in xm satellite radio.

Cable missed the latest round by only a vote or 2.

They keep trying to separate basic cable and premium cable for possible inclusion in rules.

They are prosecuting owners of sites on the internet, cable/satellite TV logically is next, both often offer the same type of content.

I hate to say it, but, its only a matter of time before cable and satillite is under the gun from the FCC.

Total control is the Govt's main aim..Nothing will be spared, no matter what we all think is the safe haven.

As I read it, a morning crew was suspended because of something said off-air that they didn't realize was being broadcast.

Even Clear Channel regional vice president Pat McDonnell said it appeared to be an accident, but they are shooting first asking questions later.

What read should I have taken from it?

Yeah all the CC stations here in SD are really cleaning up their act. I used to hear a few words slip and some rude stuff! They even dumped Howard Stern, which is not a big loss. I was tired of his shit anyway!

This is America damn it. You have lots of great people and naturally with that comes lots of very bad people to. It's time to take back your country from the hands of the extremists. What's happening now in the US empowers extremists and censorship loving people in every country.
