Equally space out some D cell batteries (nothing smaller) on a preheated grill and have the family gather around the Weber real close and wait for the magic... |

Quick and easy kick ass steaks.
Get a few ribeyes, I like the bone in ribeyes. Shake on some sea salt and some pepper and rub it in on both sides. Put some olive oil on the grill and get it pretty hot. Throw on the steaks, let them cook about 3 minutes, then rotate them 45 degrees, that gives the cool crosshatch. 2 more minutes then turn them over and repeat. Take them off the grill and coat them with melted butter, let them sit about 5 minutes and serve. |

ah man grilling is a fucking art. get yourself about 50 lbs of charcoal. don't ever use gas it sucks balls. some hickory chips, and go to town.
if there's one thing i've learned it's that you can literally grill anything. soem of my favs are baked potatoes from the coals, whole roasted rotisserie chickens, and strip steaks smothered in onions and cheese. use your imagination.... |
italian dressing of any kind.

grilled Mahi Mahi kicks ass....
so do shishkabobs: get some skewers. cube up some good steak. Place onto skewers in random order: Steak chunks, shrimp, pineapple chunks, cherry tomatos, pieces of onion, mushrooms, pieces of green bell pepper, and whatever else you think sounds good. throw those on the grill and as they're cooking, spread butter across them... cook for a while, turn, more butter, cook for a while.... when they look done, eat 'em. be careful the cherry tomatos, the juice inside will be boiling and hot as fuck. enjoy. |
Aaaah can't beat a good grilled steak!!!!
