A few of them do. Two of my friends are the oens that started it, the ex-CEO drives a CLK 320 and my other friend drives an Audi. But the old CEO of x.com, which was later bought out by PayPal, had a McLaren, but crashed it.

I just barely remember x.com. I pretty much always remember it redirecting to paypal. The guy who started x.com is now funding some space thing, like those space tours where civilians can buy a ride into space. Needless to say he made out pretty fucking well. :2 cents:

Only a couple people have gone into space I think, and it was through a Russian program if I remember correctly. This guy is trying to start similar in the United States. Also, the people who went into space already did it through the Russian government I think, whereas this guy is trying to do it as a private company.

Maybe Michael Jackson can get the honor of going first, and being the first person lef tin space on "accident." :)

This is where I start feeling old, I remember being part of the beta on beaming money between Palm Pilots and envisioning the day when I can stop carrying a wallet, and just beam the parking meter, or soda machine and it would be debited out of my bank account.

Oh well, its just like every other program out there, who would have thought I would have a Paypal debit card back then.
