that's fine...the subject says it all.

there was a discussion in Phoenix about getting some sort of pac set up for the adult entertainment industry...and the reason given for not being able to do that when every other industry has a pac *political action committee* is because adult webmasters are like herding cats.

NO..a political action committe does not govern the porn industry they represent your industry to the government...spend time working the halls of government trying to get votes that favor your industry...every industry has it...we don't.

we need lobbyists in the ears of the government...with billions of dollars running through this industry every year it's a joke that we don't have them.

It's also a joke that the "industry leaders," won't work together to do something.

That isn't what a PAC is. PACs can be very powerful and IMO would really help with several issues going on today.

You know what a lobbyist is and what kind of power they have, right? That's basically what a PAC is. Could use some right now with the whole HIV dilemma...

With the amount of braggin done about all the bling bling he or she has..and spending 1600 bucks on dinner for two.. maybe those people should put out or shut up.

I would much rather see a thread like pics of our Lobbyist team instead of pics of my fleet of cars! Lobbyist are motivated by money given the right price they would lobby for anything!
