I received a letter about Globill's bankruptcy today. :1orglaugh

Anyone else get anything?

Yea i just got a letter this am about the bankruptsy hearings and for all ppl owed money to appear or fill out paperwork to cover your loss's.
But its a chapter7 filing which means all they have to do is to make an offer of 10% owed to satify the court .Unless you fight them!:feels-hot

I got one, but it did'nt have a plane ticket so they can have what they owe me.

Its my understanding that offers for settlement will be made, but like i said chapter7 is the worst for debtors or anyone who is owed money. But sonetimes something is better than nothing.
If thousands are owed then a partial amount would be better than what ya got ! And your correct they are thiefs but Smart ones and that is the worst kind.:) Luck To Us All

I conclude that nobody is doing anything against this. This is a rocking business model. Interesting to set it up :1orglaugh

A last slap in the face for those that lost their rebills.

I forgot about getting paid as soon as my last check bounced.
Just hahahahaha that shit off on taxes(unpaid debt) with the projected income from re-bills and it works out better than 10%.
